HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM BARCELONA! 🇪🇸

2024 was such a strange year—a time of internal struggles, seeking clarity, and searching for answers. It was a year of learning to listen to myself and tune out the noise. A year of changing habits and starting to believe more in what I’m capable of and in my dreams.

It was a year filled with accomplishments, both big and small, and moments of sadness and joy—because that’s what life is all about.

It was also a year of allowing myself to change my mind, pivot paths, and realize that age doesn’t need to define or confine me. It was time to end chapters, and let things go.

Here’s to more growth, learning, and living in 2025! 🎉

And thank you for being here! ❤️ I appreciate that. A lot.

@lebasquenyc is a new vegan restaurant in New York

@lebasquenyc is a new vegan restaurant in New York City with a menu featuring French and Spanish cuisine. Although Thiago and I are not vegan, we love to explore all the types of cuisine and we are especially fascinated by the creativity from the plant-based cuisines.

This restaurant is part of the City Roots Hospitality, founded by Chef Guy Vaknin - we had the opportunity to visit his other restaurants, like Beyond Sushi and Anixi and it never disappoints!

Our experience at Le Basque was incredible. The environment is super chic and cozy and we were surprised with all the dishes, but the Mushroom paella and the Entremet aux Noisettes were definitely the highlights!

(I know the audio quality is not the best one, sorry for that!)
