Yes, this is me at the New York Stock Exchange, for the Media Holiday Party. Can someone pinch me?

I know that sometimes it doesn’t look like, but I definitely didn’t have the best year mentally speaking, regarding my work. So many doubts, insecurities, comparisons and fears.

But today I felt really grateful. Especially after hearing my dad’s reaction when I told him about the event. So especial to be at this such iconic place, not only in the city, but in the world.

Sim, essa sou eu na New York Stock Exchange, para a festa de fim de ano pra mídia e imprensa. Alguém me belisca?

Não tive o melhor ano mentalmente falando, relacionado ao meu trabalho: muitas dúvidas, questionamentos, comparações, inseguranças e medos.

Mas hoje me senti muito grata - ainda mais ouvindo a voz do meu pai quando contei pra ele pra onde eu tava indo. Muito bacana estar num lugar tão icônico, não só na cidade, mas no mundo!

This is @opheliany - this place has been on my list for a while and last Sunday Thiago and I had brunch there. They offer these Brunch Towers with mini sandwiches, scones and desserts (depending on your choice, starts at $49 per person). On Sundays only!

They also open for dinner with a La carte menu and live DJ on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays!

Can’t wait to got back and have the dinner experience!

Eles abrem pra jantar nos outros dias com menu a la carte e tem DJ mas quintas, sextas e sábados!

I first experienced @aireancientbaths_us two years ago - it was my birthday gift and I totally got the hype, it’s such a relaxing and even magical experience.
Every pool has different temperatures and the dark environment with the candles creates a very intimate atmosphere.

You can come only for the baths (starts at $150 per person) or you can book other services, like a massage. Such a perfect idea for a date or even to go with friends or by yourself, why not?

They have another location in the US - Chicago - and other locations around the world, including London and Barcelona.

Keep in mind they don’t allow phones - this was part of a private event for content creators.

A primeira vez que eu fui ao @aireancientbaths_us foi há dois anos, quando ganhei a experiência de presente de aniversário (e amigas já tinham me falado o quão incrível era). E eu supe rentendi o hype, é uma experiência muito relaxante e, digamos, mágica. Cada piscina tem uma temperatura diferente e ambiente à luz de velas cria uma atmosfera bem íntima.

Você pode vir só para curtir as piscinas termais (começa em $150 por pessoa) ou pode também reservar uma massagem. Uma ideia perfeita para date, para ir com amigos ou ir solo, por que não? Eu fui sozinha a primeira vez, amei!

After 10 winters (and counting) in NYC, I think I learned a lot about dressing for the cold weather. Here are some of my favorite tricks - I linked these in my stories and “Fashion” highlights

✅ The fake translucent tights are probably the best hack. Look like regular tights, but they are lined with a super warm fleece. And you can use them as a thermal layer!

✅ The crop top band is a game changer to style long sweaters!

✅ The light insulated jackets can be a layer with your wool coat

✅ Choose beanies with fleece, trust me!

✅ Merino wool socks are gonna keep your foot warm

✅ Your summer dresses can also be used in the winter, why not?

✅ Hand and foot warmers are life savers- but did you know there’s a rechargeable version?

🇧🇷 Depois de 10 invernos (que sigo contando) acho que aprendi muitos truques sobre se vestir pro inverno de maneira inteligente. Aqui estão alguns dos meus truques favoritos (tudo linkado nos stories e nos destaques “Fashion”)

✅ A meia-calça “fake” que vcs estão cansadas de me ver falar a respeito… e que pode ser usada como camada térmica!

✅ A faixinha que ajuda a fazer um styling mara de blusas compridas que são muito grossas pra enfiar na calça ou saia

✅ A jaquetinha “light down” que pode ser usada como camada embaixo de casaco de lã

✅ Gorros com forro de fleece são muito melhores!

✅ Meias de lã merino ajudam a manter os pés quentinhos

✅ O vestido de verão pode ser usado com blusa térmica e suéter e vira uma saia

✅ Os famosos hand warmers and foot warmers - existe versão à bateria!

Besides the delicious food - please please plase make sure to order a pizza! - the enviroment is so chic and sophisticated and they have a great selection of wines. Also, an extra tip: if you are planning to go to Lightscape at Brooklyn Botanical Garden, this an excellent spot to have dinner after, easily accessible by subway or cab.

Além da comida deliciosa - pelo amorrrr tem que pedir a pizza! - o ambiente é chique e sofisticado e há uma seleção ótima de vinhos. Além disso, aqui vai uma dica extra: se você tá planejando conferir o Lightscape no Brooklyn Botanical Garden, esse é um spot excelente para jantar depois, facilmente acessível de metrô ou táxi/carro de app.

PASTA CLASS + 3 COURSE DINNER FOR $55!

I couldn’t believe this deal - but it’s legit and definitely worth it! @aunt.jakes offers their Past Experience every night at their location in the Upper East Side and the whole experience takes about 3 hours.

First, it’s the pasta class - make sure to order a wine glass, because why not? You will make the dough and also different pasta shapes. The staff is so nice and so patient! Tip: I would def choose a spot near the edges of the tables, so you are closer to the instructions. After the class, you can even pack your pasta to bring home with you (spoiler: I froze mine and cooked this weekend. It was delicious!).

After the class, you will enjoy a three-course dinner. My friend and I ordered the Burata and the mussels as appetizers. For the main, you can choose the shape and the sauce of your pasta - we both had Mafaldi (and we had leftovers!). For dessert, we had the Tiramisu and the donuts.
